In your passing we continue those prayers, never faltering in your wake. It is at these times we remember your spirit, your candor and your joix de vivre. In the end we can all agree that every moment spent in your presence was a moment we will treasure. You yourself, dear Elsa, were a treasure, one we or anyone who knew you shall never forget. Our final gift to you is our remembrance and our vow to honour and retire the business you began.
