About Lesson

Grief is a human experience about attachment and meaning-making We attach because we are human. Our attachments are both tangible and intangible. When we lose something or someone we’re attached to, we grieve. Not only death losses.

We can’t talk about grief and loss without first talking about attachment.

We attach because we are human

Our attachments are both tangible and intangible

When we lose something, or someone we’re attached to, we grieve. Not only death losses.

Tangible losses are people/places/things.

Intangible psychological losses include hopes/dreams/expectations.
