Think of a time when you have felt supported by someone (friend/colleague/family member) when talking about grief and loss.
What concrete things did the person say or do to help you feel supported?
- Now, write a few lines about how you would assist a griever. What actions might you take?
- Finally, what thoughts do you have about how a person should be grieving? What is “normal” for someone who is older griever?
