This may look like sighing/ crying / Social Withdrawal / Avoiding reminders / Treasuring objects of the deceased / Hopelessness / Disorientation / Loneliness
Waves of grief can sometimes triggered (e.g. smell, sound, …) and we’ll talk about these “grief bursts” shortly
