Supporting grieving people is important work.
For most people, major life changes come with two dimensions: losses and eventually gains.
When done well, it can be transformative for both us and the person we are supporting.
We appreciate that loss comes with sorrow, and with time, we also know that dealing with loss can build capacity and resiliency.
