About Lesson
Just like we carry our familial teachings about death, dying & grief…
…we all carry the experiences, stories & strategies for resiliency from our ancestors.
Resilience is the process and outcome of successfully adapting to difficult or challenging life experiences – in other words the ability to “BOUNCE BACK”.
We do this through mental, emotional, and behavioral flexibility and adjustment to external and internal demands.
Not sure if you are resilient?
We wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for our ancestors!
Resilience is in our DNA and we can prepare to become more resilient by thinking of those things that help strengthen that muscle.
