DESCRIPTION:Join us for Walk to Remember 2026 on Saturday\, September 19\, at Lakeside Park in Mississauga. \nWalk to Remember is a family-friendly community fundraiser and remembrance event in support of the Centre for Grief and Healing (Bereaved Families of Ontario – Halton/Peel). This special day brings together individuals\, families\, teams\, and community members to honour loved ones who have died while helping raise funds for free peer grief support in our community. \nParticipants can walk\, roll\, or gather in memory of someone special\, fundraise as an individual or team\, and take part in a meaningful day of connection\, reflection\, and hope. Funds raised through Walk to Remember help support free peer grief support services\, including one-to-one peer support\, peer grief support groups\, and other community-based programs for children\, youth\, adults\, and older adults. \nWhether you are participating in memory of a loved one\, supporting someone who is grieving\, or helping us make grief support more accessible\, we are so grateful to have you with us. \nREGISTER NOW\n
